🍁🍂🍁This is a beautiful time of year to let go of what we no longer need and start to consider sowing the seeds of what’s to come.

🍂🍁🍂 During this adult well-being session we will be giving ourselves time to rest and be still, to consider the turn in the wheel and join together in some gentle grounding and mindfulness activities.
