Resilience Starts with Us

Supporting the care, growth, development and early learning foundation of young children in partnership with their parents is powerful, important and multifaceted. Early educators are required to do lots of juggling while staying present, calm and positive. This FREE session provides discussion and resources on the importance of self-care to nurture our own resilience to support our care for children. Participants will engage in self-reflective, relaxation and action planning activities.
