Meet Gila Müster: Drag Queen, Storyteller, and Sparkling Sensation!

Gila Müster (she/her) is an award-winning drag queen, beloved for her dazzling performances that blend camp, comedy, and heart. She’s best known for "Drag Queen Story Time," a joyful, family-friendly program that celebrates kindness, creativity, and self-expression. Gila has taken this show to schools and libraries across Toronto and beyond.

In her presentation, “Don’t Be a Drag, Be a Queen!” Gila shares her drag makeup tips and tricks, reveals the heart behind Drag Queen Story Time, and reflects on what she’s learned from bringing the magic of drag to young audiences. Bonus: she’ll read from one of her favourite storybooks, live!

Gila is the creator of “The 8 Gays of Channukah,” Canada’s largest queer Jewish celebration,. Outside of drag, she is a J.D. candidate at Queen’s University, and loves reading and stitching.
