THE SHAKE WORKSHOP

The Field Center is hosting its annual SHAKE WORKSHOP with Anya Smolnikova & Rose Cole-Cohen.

We offer you this somatic experience-structure that supports restorative processing within a group container. The daily morning practice and silent mornings will bring a slow and meditative beginning to each day. Writing and drawing will help process what arises, settles, and releases. The schedule will be built around two 1hr Group Shakes. We shake to music {most of the time}, together for a duration with the emphasis on shaking and rocking the body in various ways. Nutritious home-cooked meals, beautiful studios, steamy saunas, cozy fireplace, {optional} cold plunges, and rest will support our time.
