Bully Proof Kids Workshop – Free Event This Saturday

Join us at Master Khechen’s Martial Arts Amherst for a fun and empowering workshop that teaches kids how to stay confident, stand tall, and handle bullying situations the right way.

Date: Saturday, October 11th
Time: 12:15pm - 1:00pm

In this workshop, your child will learn:
• How to recognize and respond to bullying
• How to use confident body language and voice
• Basic self-defense techniques for safety
• Hands-on practice in a positive, supportive setting

This event is open to all kids in the community. No experience needed. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.

Let’s help every child build the confidence they need to face challenges in and out of school.
