Come join us at Celebrations Dance Center Inc for a fun and informative, parent-and-child event all about packing healthy lunches for your kids! Learn how to incorporate the Power of 5 food groups into your child's lunchbox to keep them energized and focused throughout the school day.

Executive Director and Health Educator for Nutrition Education for All, Shannon Hodson, will share tips, recipes, and creative ideas to make lunchtime a breeze. Don't miss out on this opportunity to set your child up for success with a nutritious meal every day!

Snacks will be provided from all 5 food groups!

All proceeds of this event will go to Nutrition Education for All, a non-profit organization committed to empowering children and families with the knowledge and tools to live healthier lives—regardless of income or insurance status. Through their flagship Healthy Start program, they deliver engaging, evidence-based nutrition education in underserved schools, ensuring that children in low-income communities gain lifelong skills for better health.
