Starting with a guided meditation, December’s full moon meetup invites us to embrace the spirit of reflection and renewal. We will gather on this full moon to create holiday ornaments as symbols of gratitude and new beginnings, culminating in a shared potluck to nourish both body and soul. This gathering offers a sacred space to pause and honor the past year’s achievements and lessons, while setting intentions for the opportunities ahead. Surrounded by the tranquil light of the moon, we’ll connect through mindful practices, heartfelt stories, and community, fostering hope and inspiration as we welcome the dawn of a new chapter.
