About the event

Honoring Our Veterans

Save the date!! Let's honor our veterans on May 18th. at the Clyde Historical Society.
This will be the 4 th year of observing and honoring our local veterans. Do you have info you would like to share with us? We would love to honor your favorite veteran also. Just send a picture and info to the Clyde Historical Society fb messanger.
At this event you will see pictures and bio's of local veterans, news articles about veterans serving and where they are stationed.
PLUS, THIS YEAR WE WILL HAVE A GUEST SPEAKER ABOUT THE POLAR BEAR EXPEDITION. Mike Grobbel, an expert on the subject, will give a one hour talk about soldiers serving in Russia after WWI ended. Many of the soldiers from Michigan. Stop In!
It will be an afternoon of honoring and learning. Refreshments will be served.
