Teen Mental Health Workshop

The start of a new school year can be a tough time for students so let's help them get started on the right foot!

This is a free one-hour workshop for middle and high school students that talks about what anxiety and stress are and where they come from. Youth will practice coping strategies for stress as well as learn the difference between positive and negative coping strategies. They will also learn the warning signs of an anxiety disorder and where to go for help.

This workshop is presented by the MN chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
