Whether you recently had a baby or it’s been years since you gave birth, this workshop is designed with you in mind. If you're currently pregnant, this is a great opportunity to be proactive— learn what to expect and how to prepare for a strong, confident return to movement after birth.
In this workshop, we’ll dive into evidence-based guidelines for returning to running and high-impact activities postpartum. You’ll learn what’s normal, what to watch out for, and how to set realistic expectations for your journey. We'll walk through key screenings, important symptoms to keep an eye on, and practical steps to help you build a strong foundation — including your core and pelvic floor.
Led by Dr. Jess Blaisdell, owner of Bloom Physical Therapy and Wellness in White Bear Lake. She's a mama, pelvic floor physical therapist, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, certified running analyst & coach. This is an empowering and informative session you don’t want to miss.
