Join us for our Adult Obstacle Course Fitness Class: a high-energy, full-body workout where you’ll climb, crawl, jump, balance, and push through obstacles that test both body and mind.
No matter your fitness level, Coach Tom will guide you with modifications and techniques to help you conquer every challenge.
