Albert Edward Dock Day

We invite you to join us on Thursday 21st August for Albert Edward Dock Day at Royal Quays Marina.
We mark the past, present, and future of this historic Tyneside dock on the anniversary of the official opening of the Albert Edward Dock (now the home of the Royal Quays Marina) in 1884.
You are welcome to join us outside the main Royal Quays Marina building at midday on Thursday 21st August when we will raise our glasses in a toast to The River Tyne and to North Shields, in this 800th anniversary year of the founding of the town.
