Neiko is the Memory Care Director at Vitalia Senior Living North Royalton. With a Master's in Human Services and over 30 years of experience in patient care, she is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Neiko has worked in hospitals, nursing facilities, and rehab centers and has served as a community liaison to help home care clients transition to skilled facilities. She is a passionate advocate for memory care residents, emphasizing individualized care and family involvement in dementia care.
