Art from the Heart Workshop

Join Building Bridges Through Mindfulness (BBTM) for an evening of self-love, creativity, and reflection. Paint on wood, add words and affirmations, and create a heartfelt reminder just for you.

Wood provided
Bring artificial or dried flowers, paint brushes (any size!), or decorative items to share with the community.

No art experience needed just come as you are.
Free and open to all!
