Sunset Circle - September

Join us for a transformative Sunset Circle at Centennial Park in North Platte on September 9th at 6 PM. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the park, this outdoor gathering invites women to come together and explore the rejuvenating practices of breathwork and sound healing.

Mini Breathwork Session

As the sun begins its descent, we will engage in a guided mini breathwork session designed to help you release tension and cultivate inner peace. The gentle rhythm of your breath will serve as a powerful tool to center your mind and connect with your inner wisdom.

Sound Bath Experience

Following the breathwork, immerse yourself in a serene sound bath. The harmonious vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments will envelop you in a cocoon of tranquility, encouraging deep relaxation and emotional release. This nurturing soundscape will help you attune to the present moment and foster a sense of well-being.
