SAIL - Active Physical Fitness Class

This evidence-based physical activity class, "Stay Active & Independent for Life" is intended for older adults who are looking for regular physical activities that can be done standing or sitting. This twelve-week class will be every Friday morning from 9 to 10 AM. Register at first class on January 9th.
