Embodied Breath

Join us for Embodied Breath, a transformative evening of conscious connected breathwork, Reiki, and somatic movement. This immersive experience invites you to drop into the wisdom of your body, awaken your life force, and explore the profound healing that unfolds when we fully embody the breath.

Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, and energy healing, you’ll release stored tension, create space for deeper presence, and reconnect with your inner self. Whether you are new to these practices or continuing your journey, this gathering offers a safe and nurturing space to breathe, move, and restore.

Jenny Bonta with Sacred Woman Collective and John Bonta with Journey Beyond Breath will combine their breathwork expertise as well as their individual experience with somatic movement and Reiki to combine and experience that will allow you to fully embrace the medicine and power when your breath and body reconnect.
