The Qualifier is at Village Cue Club Sept. 6th/7th. The rules/format are the same as the Open. Double Elimination, race to 10 on both sides; final 16 Single Elimination, with one final race to 13. Alternate Breaks and “Rack-Your-Own”. See all the rules here:

The Qualifier will be played on 9 Diamond tables with 4-1/4" pockets with Simonis 860 HR, recently re-clothed.
Open Dress code applies:
Dress-type shirt (with or without a collar) or a dress-type sweater.
Dress slacks; no sweat pants, warm-up pants, jogging pants, cargo pants, or jeans.
Dark shoes or dark-colored tennis or walking-type shoes; no sandals, slippers or open-toed shoes.
No headphones, earphones, earplugs, iPod, Bluetooth devices, hats, caps or headgear.
ENTRY for Qualifier - $100 Pre-pay or $125 on-site.
The payout will be dependent on the number of entries. In addition to the paid entry, the winner will also receive monies for hotel/expenses. (100% paid out.)
