Blah blah blah... We all know the classic New Year's routine: join a gym, exercise more, lose weight. Sure, those things matter for your health - but let's be honest, they're the most overused resolutions on the planet.

This year, let's do something a little different. Lets walk into 2026 with REAL SOLUTIONS!!

No pressure, no cliches, just a better happier and more fun version of YOU - so a REAL SOLUTION for 2026 should be:

Spend more time with your lady friends

Learn more about wine - which means attend more tastings!!

Allow yourself to let your hair down once a month!!

With all of that being said...lets go ahead and commit to the only gym we all know we'll actually show up to - THE WINE SHOPPE on January 27 for ladies night.

And listen, please wear your work out clothes. Obviously not because we will be working out, but because:

Leggings expand - unlike our jeans after a couple of glasses of wine

Sports Bras are basically emotional support

And let's be honest, athleisure is just a socially acceptable form of pajamas.

So suit up in your "fitness best" grab your girls and meet us at "THE GYM" where the only thing toned by the end of the night will be our sense of humor!!
