Prosperity Social & Community Development Group (PSCDG) Adopt an Employee Program, part of the Reentry Youth Intervention Program (R.Y.I.P.). This initiative connects justice-involved youth (ages 16-24) with paid summer employment opportunities, promoting personal growth and workforce readiness.
The program runs from June 1, 2025, to August 15, 2025, with participants working 25 hours per week. PSCDG covers their compensation, and we ask sponsors to provide a supportive, structured work environment. Additionally, participants will attend weekly workshops focusing on personal and professional development.
We invite you to join us for our 2nd Annual Opportunity Breakfast on Friday, May 16th , 2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the PSCDG Conference Room, 1175 NE 125th Street, Suite 512, North Miami, FL 33161. This event will focus on creating pathways to employment for second-chance youth.
