Chefs on Wheels: Bite Sized Tamale Pies

Corn has been a staple of the human diet for thousands of years - but it wasn’t always as easy to eat as it is today! Children will learn how the Mayans processed corn into something edible. We’ll work together to make our own individual Tamale Pies and learn how to make adjustments if our dough is too sticky or too crumbly.
