I’ve been dreaming up a little gathering for those of us who can’t resist a story behind a chair, a chest, or a sideboard… and it’s finally time to share it.
Inspired by The Thursday Murder Club, we’re starting The Thursday Furniture Club — a relaxed evening chat group where vintage lovers can gather, sip wine, share cheese, and dive into the fascinating world of old furniture.
Think of it as a club for:
• Swapping stories of the pieces we’ve found (and the ones that got away!)
• Chatting about eras, makers, timbers, and styles
• Sharing tips on restoring, upcycling, and styling
• Celebrating the charm of furniture with history
It’s about connection, conversation, and enjoying beautiful things together.
📍 Starting next week, 4th September
📅 Thursday evenings, of course, the first Thursday of the month
