16th Ward Primary Service Activity

The 16th Ward Primary is having their annual Service Activity. We will be collecting school supplies for children around the world. We will be working through Lifting Hands International. “Lifting Hands International is committed to supporting people in need around the world by sending monthly shipments of aid via large shipping containers. We help people affected or displaced by war, violence, natural disasters, or religious persecution. School supplies are crucial for children living in poverty, as they provide the tools needed to access education, which is a vital step toward breaking the cycle of poverty and building a brighter future. Some of the locations we have shipped aid to include Ukraine, Bangladesh, Southern California, Pakistan, North Carolina Florida, Jordan, Lebanon, Ghana, and many more!” Children will be assembling school supply kits and making bags for the kits with materials provide. A treat will be served when the project is complete. Join us for the fun!
