In a word of excess stimulation and noise the importance of still ness, quiet and surrender, being unstimulated is becoming essential for our health and wellbeing.
We are over stimulated and undernourished. In this class we will dive deeper inwards with the reflective practice of Yin yoga, coupled with No music, minimal cueing, and an extended savasana.
Sure, to sooth and nourish your frazzled Nervous system.
