Join Us for a Special Visit with Jemima Flendt of Tied with a Ribbon!
Dive into a full day of hands-on learning with Jemima! This workshop will focus on mastering foundation paper piecing for modern blocks, creating striking geometric designs, exploring bold colour combinations. Jemima will guide you through every step, sharing her expert tips and tricks to ensure your success. All skill levels welcome!
Learn the basics of How-to Foundation Paper Piece, the tools and the techniques behind successfully achieving this skill. On this first day we will look at selecting which design students would like to make, Colour and work through fabric selection to create the perfect colour palette. Get cutting out of fabrics.
Begin working on the sewing and construction of the blocks to attain desired colour choice. Work through how to sew together blocks and the finishing techniques needed.
Students can choose to make either Colourway – “In Colour Order” or “Inside Out”
