Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning after some time away, this series is designed to help you begin (or begin again) with confidence. Over six weeks, you will be guided through the foundations of yoga and introduced to key elements of yoga philosophy while exploring a variety of styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Flow, and Restorative.
Each class will build your strength, flexibility, and awareness while offering a supportive space to ask questions and learn at your own pace. By the end of the series, you will feel more comfortable on your mat and ready to step into other yoga classes with ease.
This series is perfect if you:
Have never practiced yoga before
Want a gentle refresher to reconnect with the basics
Are curious to experience different styles of yoga to find the one that fits you best
Come as you are. No prior experience needed.
