Join us for a truly special 90-minute master class led by Element Yoga’s own David Marquez and visiting guest instructor Estefani Arrieta. Both are highly experienced, 500-hour certified yoga teachers who bring passion, depth, and wisdom to their teaching.

This bilingual class (English/Spanish) is designed for intermediate to advanced practitioners who want to challenge their practice while cultivating strength, focus, and mindfulness. With the dynamic guidance of David and Estefani, you’ll move beyond the poses into a space of true presence and power.
