Usui / Holy Fire® Reiki Level I Training & Certification
A weekend immersion into the healing energy of Reiki

Are you feeling drawn to explore something deeper within yourself? Join me for a gentle yet powerful introduction to Reiki - a Japanese hands-on energy healing practice that supports balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural ability to heal on all levels.
In this immersive weekend training, you’ll receive the Usui / Holy Fire® Reiki Level I attunement and learn how to safely and confidently offer Reiki to yourself and others. Reiki is not a religion and can be integrated into any belief system.
You’ll learn:
• What Reiki is and how it works
• The history and science behind Reiki
• Reiki principles, techniques, and hand positions
• How to give Reiki to yourself and loved ones
• Grounding, protection, and intuitive energy awareness
This training blends lecture, discussion, hands-on practice, and spacious integration. You’ll move slowly and intentionally, building trust in your intuition while connecting with a small, like-hearted group.
Includes: take-home manual + Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki Level I certificate. Class size is kept small for personalized instruction.
