Innerdance Retreat day

For those of you who know innerdance this is the event you've been awaiting as we weave in and out through different states of consciousness for the day, sharing, eating together and delving into our brainwave states, reclaiming the natural state of ourselves and resetting our nervous systems.


For those of you new to the process, keep reading, innerdance is a truly magical and unique practice.


Integration is key with these journeys and participants will be invited to continue this process after the day event.


Food will be provided throughout the day for us to snack on.


Innerdance is not a dance as we know it but rather a way to connect with your inner and most nature state which is alive within you underneath layers of conditioning.

It is a means to take you back to you true self.
