Due to recent tragic events, Player 1 Productions has decided to collaborate with the local Charleston community, friends, and family to honor one of our headiest underground friends, Derrick “Puddles” Carrigg.
"While this event was already in motion, we wanted to take the opportunity to highlight how important community is to us, and do our best to provide a reminder of how important it is to love your friends while they’re here."
Join us for a powerful night of music, memories, and community at the Purple Buffalo as we commemorate Derrick “Puddles” Carrigg through some of the sounds and artists he loved most.
Featuring performances from 5AM, Maxfield, Audio Goblin, Tygris, Liquid L, and many more
This special concert features a lineup handpicked from some of Derrick’s favorite performers and friends.
While this night is rooted in remembrance, it is not a funeral or celebration of life—it’s a show, just the way Derrick would’ve wanted it. It’s about the music, the people, and the undeniable energy he sparked in every room he entered. Please celebrate everything he stood for with the artists and friends who will carry that spirit forward.
Let’s remember Puddles, lift each other up, and keep the music going—together.
