Wildcrafted Jams and Jellies

From foraged to homegrown fruits, learn how to preserve your favorite fruits all year long! We will feature seasonal fruits with our jams/jellies and share guidance on how to make each recipe your own. We will be making freezer jam, which is an easy way to preserve sweet flavors without pulling out the hot water bath canning supplies. Come with an open mind and ready to share your connection with growing/foraging food!

All are welcome – WEI classes are open to everyone.

Instructor Bios: Through their Queer & Native owned small business, CanIHaveSome, Paige and Tyra preserve seasonal and local flavors to taste all year long. CanIHaveSome infuses creativity, joy, and love into each of their unique and delicious value-added products. They prioritize purchasing ingredients from Native and BIPOC growers, and all of their veggies and herbs are grown locally.
