Jólabókaflóð at The Enchanted Quill — This Saturday, 12/20
Celebrate the Icelandic tradition of Jólabókaflóð—the “Christmas Book Flood”—with us this Saturday! In Iceland, books are exchanged on Christmas Eve and the evening is spent reading with a warm drink. We’re bringing that cozy, book-loving spirit to the shop with a free used book swap and a little extra cheer.
How the Book Swap Works
Bring up to 3 gently used books (any genre).
For each book you bring, you may take one book home (1-for-1 swap).
Books should be clean, complete, and in good condition (no textbooks, damaged copies, or advance reader copies).
Please place your books on the swap table and browse—be kind and fair so everyone finds something wonderful.
As a thank-you for participating, everyone who swaps will receive a $1 off coupon for a drink from WW Coffee Co.—perfect for curling up with your new read.
