Bennington Mindful Moments Cafe- NEW LOCATION & DATES!!

Join us at Bennington Project Independence on the LAST Tuesday of every month (except for September) from 10:00–11:00 AM, beginning September 23rd, for a welcoming and supportive gathering. The Mindful Moments Café offers a space for individuals living with memory loss and their loved ones to connect, relax, and share meaningful time together.

Each month features refreshments, live music, a fun activity, and plenty of opportunities for connection. Whether you’re looking for community, creativity, or simply a morning of joy, the Mindful Moments Café is here to bring people together.
