This workshop offers a non-judgmental, process-focused approach to art that prioritizes feeling over skill. Through a mix of paint, collage, and other playful mediums, you’ll be guided to loosen up, express yourself authentically, and nurture your creative voice.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, you’re welcome here. Together we’ll explore color play, mark-making, layering, and more—engaging your whole body as a personal paintbrush (dress for mess!).

By the end, you’ll leave with an experimental piece of art, a renewed sense of confidence, and a fresh perspective on what truly inspires you.
