New Moon Ritual + Sound Bath (October)

The New Moon is a phase to invite new beginnings, welcome new challenges, set yourself new goals, or ask for your heart’s desire.

The first hour will be spent in mediation, where we will be swept into a dreamy, relaxed state-of-mind with the ethereal frequencies and sounds of our talented sound healer, LJ. During this time, Jenny will go around and provide Reiki energy healing on each individual.

The remaining 30 minutes of our New Moon Ritual + Sound Bath, will focus on setting intentions and on how you will manifest these intentions during the coming month. Loose leaf paper and pens will be provided, however feel free to bring your favorite journal and pen.

Ask for a rewards punch card or for a new stamp if you already have one!

** Please bring a yoga mat or floor cushion that is comfortable for you. We have limited yoga mats, pillows and blankets available.
