We're BACK for a second year, now during the North Bay Pride festival weekend! We call on you, community members and partners, to join us at the 2-Spirit & Trans Community March. Bring your family, friends, co-workers, and MARCH with us to continue to make your support for 2-Spirit and trans rights visible in North Bay.
EVENT BREAKDOWN
🏳️⚧️🧡 MARCH
- Meet at City Hall at 4:30pm for drumming and speakers
- The March leaves promptly at 5pm to travel from City Hall to Kiwanis Bandshell Park
- Volunteers with First Aid and Naloxone training will be wearing bright coloured vests and carrying Naloxone/ First Aid supplies
🗣️📣 CARE, ACT, ORGANIZE COMMUNITY FAIR - in partnership with Ceasefire NOW Nipissing
- Advocacy organizations (list will be announced soon) will be tabling at Kiwanis Bandshell Park to showcase their services to community members and share how you can get involved
🍔🧑🍳 FREE BBQ
- We will feed community members free BBQ food (includes vegan options) while supplies last
💃🕺 DRAG SHOW 6-7pm
- Switched on Productions performers (list will be announced soon) will put on a full hour of drag
- Tips for performers will be available, so please be generous and support local, inclusive drag!
