This breathwork session is especially designed for first-timers. No prior experience is need _ just an open mind and willingness to breathe.
Together, we'll use the power of the breath to release stress, access hidden emotions and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within. With the circle limited to 25 participants, each person will be held with care and guided through the process step by step.

Two offerings are available.

Saturday October 4th @ 3pm
