Hello everyone! I have FINALLY planned out what I think fits the feedback I got from folks and that appease most. If you cant already tell, it's a last minute, laid back affair. I will have an official flyer made up soon, but wanted to get the word out ASAP since I just confirmed with the manager that he will graciously give us a space without a fee.
!!!! AS A HEADS UP !!!! IVE BEEN INFORMED THAT HOMECOMING AT SJB IS THE SAME DAY! THE GAME STARTS AT 1:30PM AND WILL LIKELY GO TO ABOUT 5PM, SO I WILL MAKE THE START TIME MORE OFFICIALLY 530/6PM FOR THAT REASON.
Place: Great South Bay Brewery in Bayshore, NY - chosen for its centralized location on the island, (not far from SJB), and has a village with bars down 5th Ave to continue the party for those interested.
Day: Saturday, October 11th, 2025
Time: I will likely be there as early as 3 or 4pm to make sure our space is held down, set up a few decorations maybe, but figured between 5-6pm was a good start time before the later night crowd makes their way in. Also leaves time to go out after, if wanted. Please feel free to come what time works for you, as I'm sure most of us will be there until at least 9-10pm.
Drinks & Food Pricing: Cash Bar for both. Feedback was that this was the easiest and didnt lock us into a large fee per head that Id likely have to cover out of pocket since we are so close to the date.
