The Bare Bones Series is Black Dog Theatre’s stripped-down performance series. It means minimal set, simple lights, and no “big production” bells and whistles. The focus stays on the actors, the text, and the story. It’s intimate, immediate, and built for powerful theatre in small spaces.

“Love Letters” is a funny and moving story about two people who stay connected for a lifetime through letters. From childhood notes to grown up confessions, their words capture friendship, love, big dreams, and the moments that almost were. Simple staging. Two actors. One unforgettable relationship.
