We will discuss herbs for prevention, what to do at the first signs of illness, and how to decrease the severity of symptoms and length of illness if you do get sick.

Participants will receive recipes to make your herbal remedies, buying guides if you prefer to purchase, and simple tips to incorporate herbs into your daily life. At the conclusion of the workshop, discover a curated selection of herbal books provided by local bookstore, The Purple Couch’s pop-up shop, featuring some of Liane’s personal favorites. Browse, learn, and take home inspiring reads to deepen your herbal knowledge and garden adventures.
