AQUA EXERCISE CLASSES
Murrumbidgee Local Health District will begin to run low-cost Aqua exercise classes at Lavington Swim Centre.

Day: Tuesdays
Time: 9am - 10am
Cost:
Casual: $6.60 - PLUS $2 coin
Concession: 5.40 - PLUS $2 coin
Members: scan card - PLUS $2 coin

Instructor: Sharon - volunteer physical activity leaders

Forms: Each person must complete a Participant Registration form before participating.

What to bring: Please bring a hat, sunscreen and water bottle

Aqua exercise is a water-based class. It's a great way to exercise, particularly for older adults because the exercises can be performed without putting extra strain on your joints.
Beginners are welcome and this class is suitable for non-swimmers.
