Stop in to Oosoola Park for the first ever Maine Book Babes Book club community book swap! This is a FREE community event — here are the "rules":
● Children are welcome but childcare is not provided. You are responsible for watching your own children on playground equipment, near the water, in the park, at all times. Children's books will be available (all ages, all genre's).
● Please bring / leave with roughly the same amount of books. Bringing 3 and leaving with 40 is unfair to others. A ticket system may be in place and checked upon entering / leaving.
● Please no textbooks, bibles or magazines.
● Books should be in good reading condition, not falling apart or moldy.
● This swap is open to all ages, everyone and anyone in surrounding communities. You do not need to be apart of the book club to participate.
● Feel free to get creative with books, wrapping them as blind dates with a book, etc!
