All entries will be judged on Presentation, Appearance and Overall Appeal

Contest Rules:
1) NO Carving! Only painted and/or decorated pumpkins accepted! You can use a real or artificial pumpkin. Note: No pre-designated (at purchase) artificial pumpkins allowed.
2) Free hand designs or patterns can be used. Objects, paper, or materials of any kind (including glitter, paint, markers, ribbon, etc.) can be used, glued, or pinned to pumpkin.
3) Write entry name on bottom of your pumpkin
4) Please use good taste when decorating. (Inappropriate designs will not be accepted.)
5) Pumpkin must be decorated at home and brought to Hilltop Lakes Welcome Center on Wednesday, October 22nd by 5pm. (Contact Lisa Harvey @ 713.503.0470 if alternate delivery arrangements are needed.)
6) Judging will be on Friday, October 24th
7) Winners announced on Saturday, October 25th
Pumpkins will be displayed at the Hilltop Lakes Welcome Center until Monday, 10/27
