Beginner Yoga

Strengthen your body, relieve stress, improve your pain levels in a gentle, easy to understand class.

Here you will not just follow instructions but learn how to build a safe & enjoyable practice. The skills & techniques can be taken home, to the office, to class, and anywhere you need them.

In a cozy, boutique setting, there are never more than 4 people in a class. this creates a judgement free zone where people are more comfortable asking questions or for help.
Class is free for 1st time students!
