Silent Film Double-Feature with The Invincible Czars

The Invincible Czars return this Halloween season with a silent film double feature! They are back this year with their popular live soundtrack to Nosferatu and are bringing a new take on another silent film masterpiece, The Phantom of the Opera.

The Phantom of the Opera - Aspiring young opera singer Christine Daaé discovers that she has a mysterious admirer intent on helping her become a lead performer. This enigmatic masked presence is Erik, also known as the Phantom, a horribly disfigured recluse who lives underneath the Paris Opera House. When the Phantom takes Christine prisoner and demands her devotion and affection, her suitor, Vicomte Raoul de Chagny, sets out to rescue her. NR / 93 min.

Nosferatu - Summoned to a bloodthirsty vampire's faraway castle, a young land clerk embarks on a harrowing journey into the unknown as his innocent wife falls under the spell of a terrifying shadow in her dreams. NR / 95 min.
