Location: Meet at the Miners Cafe Parking lot.
Come join us for a rejuvenating experience at our Forest Bathing event in Nordegg! Immerse yourself in nature, breathe in the fresh forest air, and let go of all your worries. This in-person event will help you relax, reduce stress, and connect with the natural world around you. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and recharge in the great outdoors!
There will be some slow walking and sitting involved, if you have mobiltity restrictions please inform Joelle prior to the session:)
