Beginners Yoga Workshop

Join Ruby for this 90-minute interactive Beginners Yoga Workshop (not a class) designed to help you understand the shapes you’re in, the cues you’re hearing, and how to use your breath to support your practice - so you leave feeling more confident, connected, and at home on the mat.

This is for you if:

- You're fairly new to Zenko and want clear alignment + simple modifications (without the guesswork)
- You've been attending classes for a while, but still feel like you're "scratching the surface" (or would like a fundamentals refresher)
- You're curious about how your breath can support your yoga practice

There’ll also be plenty of time for questions - the ones you’ve been meaning to ask.
