Tackle alternating sections of swimming and running over this fun 3km lap course. This short distance sprint format offers the perfect balance of variety and fun. Swim in your shoes, run in your wetsuit (or go skins! Summer is here)

Each 3km loop includes:
Leg 1: 1600m run
Leg 2: 600m swim
Leg 3: 250m run
Leg 4: 450m swim
Leg 5: 100m run

🎟️ Entry options:
3km (1 loop) - R150
6km (2 loops) - R250
9km (3 loops) - R350

Run with your partner, your bestie, or come solo and enjoy the splash of seawater, the sand under your feet, and embrace the true spirit of SwimRun.

Registration opens at 8am - all races start at 09h00
