What to Expect:

We will be exploring the power of PRESENCE through meditation and a Heart-Led Sharing Circle with Nicole Bitskay. A guided space for introspection, sharing, and integration — where you’ll connect deeply with yourself and others in community.

After the circle, we will enjoy a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Sophia Barnett. Immerse yourself in soothing crystal bowl frequencies designed to calm the mind, open the heart, and harmonize your energy. Allow yourself to feel the presence you've cultivated in both your body and spirit. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to get comfortable and receive.

Sunset Closing. We’ll end our evening together under the beauty of the setting sun on Nokomis Beach.
