Refund Policy

Ticket Refund & Transfer Policy

1. Non-Refundable Policy – All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances listed below.
2. Refunds Will Be Issued Only If:

• The event is cancelled by the organizer.
• The event is postponed and the attendee cannot attend the new date.
• A force majeure situation occurs, such as:
• Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, cyclone, etc.)
• Government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns
• War, strikes, or political unrest
• Serious public health emergencies (pandemics, epidemics)
• Any other event beyond the reasonable control of the organizer that makes it impossible to hold the meet.

1. No Refunds Will Be Provided For:

• Attendee’s inability to travel due to personal reasons (illness, schedule conflicts, etc.) unless covered under the above force majeure terms.
• Late arrivals or missed sessions.

1. Ticket Transfers – Tickets may be transferred to another eligible participant (Founder, Director, or Decision Maker) if requested at least 5 days prior to the event.
2. Refund Processing Time – In eligible cases, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
3. Organizer Rights – The organizer reserves the right to modify event details, agenda, or format without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund unless they result in event cancellation.
